Challenge
What was broken.
Patients juggled phone calls, paper packets, and a outdated portal with 40% mobile bounce. Clinicians lacked visibility into whether patients followed post-visit instructions.
Approach
How we moved.
Solynx embedded with clinical ops and compliance stakeholders to map journeys under regulatory constraints. We prototyped core flows in Figma, validated with patient panels, then built a Flutter app with encrypted local storage for offline access.

A cross-platform app with biometric login, push-orchestrated care reminders, in-app secure chat, and PDF lab viewers. An admin API connects to the existing EHR via HL7 FHIR for read-only results and scheduling.
